By accessing or using Khabrilal Trending News ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Use. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
1. Use of the Service
Khabrilal Trending News is a free news aggregation service. You may use it for personal, non-commercial purposes. You must not use the Service to collect data for commercial resale, reverse-engineer any part of the platform, or attempt to interfere with its normal operation.
2. Content and Intellectual Property
All article headlines, summaries and links are sourced from third-party publishers via publicly available RSS feeds. Khabrilal Trending News does not claim ownership of that content. Original platform design, branding and code are the property of Khabrilal Trending News.
3. Third-Party Links
Articles link to external news websites. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, accuracy or privacy practices. Visiting those links is at your own risk.
4. Google Sign-In
The optional Google sign-in feature is governed by Google's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy. We only receive the basic profile data (name, email, profile picture) that Google provides during sign-in. We do not request access to your Google account data beyond what is needed to display your name in the header.
5. Tracking and Cookies
We assign every visitor a first-party tracking identifier used solely to provide continuity of service across sessions. Optional analytics cookies are only placed with your explicit consent. See our Privacy Policy for full details.
6. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, express or implied. We do not guarantee the accuracy, completeness or timeliness of any news content surfaced by the platform.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Khabrilal Trending News shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any content displayed.
